Junta General Anual

En la Junta General Anual celebrada en Zúrich, el sábado 19 de noviembre de 2016, las resoluciones propuestas en la agenda fueron presentadas a los Miembros y adoptadas por la junta. En el “Resumen de Otoño 2016” se incluye una explicación detallada de los cambios al gobierno del Club.

Se aprobaron el Informe y las Cuentas auditadas y certificadas para el período que finalizó el 20 de febrero de 2016.

Los Directores que se retiraban y que se ofrecieron para su reelección al Comité de Miembros fueron todos reelegidos. Además, las siguientes personas también fueron elegidas para el Comité de Miembros: Sr.T. Al-Junaidi de Oman Shipping S.A.O.C., Sr. A. Hadjipateras de Dorian LPG (USA) LLC, Sr. S. Messina de Gruppo Messina S.p.A., Sr. D. Ofer de Zodiac Maritime Ltd, y el Sr. M.H. Ross de Chevron Shipping LLC.

Se confirmó el nombramiento de Moore Stephens LLP de Londres como auditores del Club.

TO THE MEMBERS

Annual General Meeting
At the Annual General Meeting held in Zurich on Saturday 19th November 2016, the proposed resolutions in
the agenda were put to the Members and were adopted by the meeting. A detailed explanation of the changes
to the Club’s governance can be found in the “Autumn Review 2016”.
The Report and Accounts as audited and certified for the period ended 20th February 2016 were approved.
The retiring Directors who offered themselves for re-election to the Members’Committee were all re-elected.
In addition, the following were also elected to the Members’Committee:MrT.Al-Junaidi of Oman Shipping
Company S.A.O.C,Mr A.Hadjipateras of Dorian LPG (USA) LLC,Mr S.Messina of Gruppo Messina S.p.A.,
Mr D.Ofer of Zodiac Maritime Ltd, and Mr M.H.Ross of Chevron Shipping LLC.
Messrs Moore Stephens LLP of London were re-appointed auditors of the Club.
